hey new here

I bought a 97 mx6 5speed v6 at the beginning of january and have had all bad luck with it, got it home not but a day later the distributor went out got that fixed
the month after that took it to the track, couldnt get traction worth a damn front wheels are dry rotted, plush no shifter bushings so because of the wheel hope missed 2nd, that went 17.6 at 81mph then the second run took it easy and didnt spin off the line but speed shifted for 4th and missed it best time 16.71 at 78mph

everything was leakin on this car, we replaced the valve cover in the front bank

and then about a month and a half ago was goin to work pulled into the gas station like i always do turn it off and it was smokin, leaked my entire coolant system out got it towed to the bfs shop started tryin to take it appart to see what it was and we couldnt find the leak, well put water in the system found oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil, found the leak was the hose under the intake took it all off did a compression test bank 2 went 130(6) 120(4) 100(2) bank 1 160 across all 3 cylinders got the smaller hoses ordered intake gasket and head gaskets but had to wait like 2 weeks to get head bolts but someone had some god awfull amount of torque on the cam bolts and the head bolts took 3 different impacts to get them off. got the thing half way back to gether and figured out that we need to know where the coolant hoses went since we pretty much just ripped them all off and cut them so if anyone can help me with the coolant hoses that would be very much appreiciated

Thats quite the unfortunate series of events. But so is your last run on paragraph.

I'd say check out a haynes manual or something.

how many miles on your '97? it seems like the previous owner didn't give it any TLC, and you happened to inherit all the problems. Hopefully the interior is pretty clean so once you get the mechanicals all fixed up, you will get to enjoy the car.

coolant hose routing? i dunno. I can look it up in Haynes for you, but truth be told I've never found Haynes to be terribly useful.
