bleed nipples? brake system, coolant system?

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The man who had nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." -John Stuart Mill

If the nipples are broken why not put a box wrench on there and um... unbolt them?

you can try to get broken peices threaded out with an easyout kit.

If that doesnt work, new calipers. I wouldnt attempt drilling and tapping..

I had one break on my 626, and the easy out also broke inside of it.. so that was done for. So what I did was Loosend up the the brake line to the caliper and bleed it through that. It worked. Been working pretty well considering it was a front caliper, did that more then 2yrs ago.. and both my rear brakes arent even hooked up. So the 2 fronts is all I got

^^^ That sounds unsafe/hack/stupid.

But yes, if youre not leaking through the bleeder, line bleeding them is your only bet short of replacing the caliper.
