My tire issue

so basically my front tires are shot, the outer and inner edges were completely worn after 3k of driving, aka the mechanic dint put enough air in em. neways i was liek fine that sucks butt hey will live till winter..

anyways i pumped em up beyond recomended pressure so that hopefully the middle would wear more then the sides so as to not mess em.

anywasy i looked at them frequently and i couldnt really tell of ne bad things going on, until yesterday. i looked at them and the damn things have worn in stuid ways again..

heres a pic of what happened.

the left side is the inner edge and right on the edge it has actually worn right thru to the metal weaving (major angry)

anyways the rubber on the tread is also flaring (idk if itst he right word)

anyways the rears are fine so far, i clearly have to get new tires for the fronts. but im wondering why its wearing in such a bad way.

if anyone has any reasons or suggestions , i just dont want to put a new set on and have this happen again sicne i literally just bought and put these on.

also looking for suggestions on good priced tires that do not wear fast, i am looking for 225/40/18 or 225/35/18 that dont wear rly fast i am willing to give up a bit of grip since i dont race of anything.

thx guys.

which bushings could it be.

i didnt get an alignment when i put the tires on so im thinking thats what it is.. damn. could it be misalligned even tho it doesnt feel misaligned like no pull to the left or right side.?

ill have to get em aligned and put new tires on.

Could be control arm bushings and possibly upper strut mounts. Sounds like you need an alignment bro. The car could drive straight with poor alignment for sure. Your camber and toe need to be checked

ye .. thats what the mechanic said as well... im dropping it off to him tomorow. with a list of thigns i want done..

i rly just dont have time to do anything myself anymore... i just keep falling further and furter behind. oh well.

question on alignment. if i get em aligned with my rims on, then when i put the winters on that are smaller.. am i gunna need to get another alignment . and back and fourth. if so can i avoid this by buyin 16 in steels and larger winters to match the size of my rims?

i also suppose i should finish lowering my car before i get the alignment, i want to put on the ford escort mounts so id assume i should do this first.

Finish the escort mounts and lowering before you get a 4 wheel alignment. Changing to smaller wheels or tires wont affect alignment dude.
