You could find a few stragglers on pp.com but the entire thread would get shut down on PT.com- not even worth trying. Whatever route you choose Jake, don't use a lot of your own money. These guys will leave you bent over bleeding from teh a-hole.

find a friend in c&c and have him do one or two and go from there. the most successful 1g products are done by small time guys.

Okay I re-emailed BMC racing. He has a pulley lathe and can dupe the PP aluminum pulleys. He is gonna get back to me with a ballpark figure. THEN I have to find someone to balance them too. Id rather use Sam at BMC because he wont make me do 30 at a time, plus I can go over there and we can mess with the design on the CnC machine, maybe add some swiss cheese holes to lighten the design, or make a stubby version with the a/c p/s pulley groove deleted so the only thing the crank is running is the cam shaft of course, and the alternator. Too bad you can't delete the alternator too.

i like that idea. deleting the ac and ps section of ribs. I don't need them. I would be down for one of those.

I can get 3 made at a time, about $70 each, not anodized, not balanced... Im not sure how important it is to balance a small pulley like that... I will call a couple of shops.

Hope this info. isn't already posted but what is the weight savings?
I may want one but I will want to retain power steering..I did without PS for a year and while as a result I could have played Popeye on spinach if they made the movie it was just too damned annoying in the parking lots..now my arms are like olive oils

I don't care about anodizing. Nobody is going to see it anyway, but balancing would be a must. Then again would it be close enough coming off of a lathe? Maybe check one or two for balance to be sure. It is going on the rotating assembly. I wouldn't want to throw off my balance, although mebbe with what it will weigh it won't matter? Food for thought...

If you dont want ac/ps/alt, then just dont run a crank pulley at all. (though setting/checking timing would be a bitch if that were the case)

The pulley doesnt have anything to do with the cam. the gear behind the pulley is there for the cam...
