Yes Im back. I apologize for keeping everyone hanging. It just hasn't been a priority for me. Im selling one of my businesses and the acting thing started to take off. Ive been in a couple of small INDY filmz. Ive started a new business with a friend on top of that doing voip and making good money.

I only ever got about 3 made after the one I made myself, which was the best one, IMO. That is, the Version 1. I really did intend to make lots of these, partly for a little profit but mostly because there was a need out there.

So anyway, I now HAVE in my posession, a professionally measured and built FIXTURE by which one of these things can be made with the proper fences and the flanges on it.
Its pretty easy to make one of these given the fixture (see the early pics, showing the fixture) .The tricky part is the proper angles for cutting and welding.

I also have 2 sets of 1xd 125 degree 2.5" and 2 of the smaller 1.5" bends and about 10 02 bungs, 1 set of flanges, and you can always get more from Sam at BMCRACE.
Ive done a LOT of research on tubing, piping, and know where to get the best deals on Steel, Stainless, tubing AND piping, which may be a better way to go, for thickness and durability. That is, use forged pipe rather than 16 gauge tubing. You can get tighter turns with forged pipe too, better than mandrel bends.

So if someone out there wants to take over the project, I will sell them the fixture, pieces for my cost (we are talking maybe $150, i have to add it up) , and give them all the pics and measurements i have as to the size and height of the wastegate fence, etc...and also where I get the tubing for a good price, etc... all you have to do is PROMISE to me and the MX6.com group that you WOULD INDEED use the fixture and make some of these things.

Duh, I posted about the o2 housing here and NOT the pulley.
My aluminum pulley is still sitting at BMCRACE to be copied.
They have the material, but just haven't done it.
I will keep on em.

YEs, I got BMC race to send BACK the pulley. They have been sitting on it promising to do them for several months. Obviously they dont want to.
So its back to square 0.

well you could always make pullyes with 36-1's on them. people who don't use them, just wont use them. its a perfect mix because it doesn't get in the way and makes a useful product for someone who wants it.

p.s. id like to see a bulk buy on pullies again... with a 36-1?

Could you do a lightweight while doing a polyurethane in the middle so I could retain having a harmanic balancer? I would pay more to get the best of both worlds.
