Not to sure what you classify as professional but let me run it down.

Gun-$200
36" Reach in oven-$600
grit blast cabinet-$700
custom built booth-$400

So far I have spent about $150 on powders and plan on buying more. My buddy will be the one painting. He is a professional painter with 9 years of exp. . I am going in with the intentions of doing this right. I have spent the money to do this right. I will end with that if my buddy or I cannot cannot produce quality parts we will not sell them. I have been in talks with a few people. Once we get up and running I will be sending parts to put on their cars to post. We will then go from there.

You can buy DIY kits for like $60 off ebay. And you cook the parts in a old oven (house appliance)

Whats the largest size you can PC?..

Same question for me, except I'm looking for more of a glossy black.

Put me down on the list, I'm interested, since my spray paint job had completely cracked and flaked after just 6 months of driving

i dont know about the mazda valve cover but the baffles on the dsm vc are riveted on so to speak and when media blasted collect alot of grit inside the sludgy areas. do you also blast underneath+remove the baffles to ensure we dont all fry our oil pumps?

It's like buying in bulk man. 1/2 a sub is 4.99, a whole is 6.99.
