These have too many answers. Woman stabbed but no weapon was found? How about someone stabbed her while she was bathing and took the weapon with him when he left.

Empty backpack with puddle of water infront of him? He was trampled by a camel after aliens robbed him and dumped him in the desert next to a puddle.

The woman knew it was the same tea because she put iocane powder in it before he took it away. Then when he brought it back she made her husband take the first sip, and since he died, she knew it was the same tea.

My guess is the answer is...."No"
You cannot answer the riddle, according to the last line of the 'riddle'. At least, I can't thin of anything that works for all of it.
