Mine....all mine!!!

It's my first bike. 600cc...I'm excited. I didn't want to get too fancy yet without riding something first...so I'll probably have this bike for a year or so then upgrade

haha yeahhhh I know that's a much NICER bike but this is my first one. I need to learn to ride first! I've never ridden....at all....anything. No dirtbikes, atv's, nothing. So i wanted to start with something on the lower end, 600cc easier to ride and learn then I'll move up

Haha, yeahhhhh I'm afraid something bad may happen when I walk across the street ....so i look both ways . Bikes are definitely fun and scary...as soon as you don't respect your bike it'll put you down on the street which won't be fun. I'm glad my girl encourages me to get a bike just so she can ride on the back haha.

well...atleast you had a jacket on and you didn't kill yourself ya know? I expect to drop it sometime because other people are idiots...and don't watch. I'm told there are two types of riders: Ones who have dropped their bikes and ones who will drop their bikes.

hahaha....hey now ;p it's not my job to encourage you to ride! the less bike sales there are, the cheaper the bikes become rofl. Honestly though, if you're interested in riding but scared to do so, check out the msf courses. Motorcycle Safety (and i have no idea what the F means right now....[fizzle]) Basically my whole point the to statement was...anything new/unknown is somewhat scary. You just learn how to handle it. *shrugs* I can always use a riding partner that's not too far away ;p.

How much did that cost new? I thought it was the 1000 cc at first...didn't realize they had a yzf that was just 600cc. I went with a little older bike just because I don't want to be afraid of it getting laid down...cuz if i'm worried about that it's less focus i spend on riding and learning to be safe.

Are you gonna take it off any sweet jumps?

LOL sorry, i had to.
it's good to know you are starting with something easier to ride on, not too powerful. my friend mike hasn't even riden a bike on the street yet and he bought a kawasaki ninja ZX9R (900cc) it's a 97 with 32000. NICE bike, but im sure he would kill himself for it. And after a few friends including myself advising him, he is currently selling for 5500 CDN.

Anyways, bikes are awesome. So much faster than what im used to! lol
