Wow, its exactly what I am dreamed of in a house. How the living room opens up to the pool and the beach, is bad ass. The balcony bedrooms are sweet also. Any idea were this house is?
PS. Thats a [fizzle]ed up story Sick, no more clit for the peanut butter vag? Ouch.
i really like the way the bedroom extends into the balcony, and i love that hot tub, and the infinity pool, but i feel like the house is a bit tacky and over decorated, not to mention the blue 'skylight' is kinda out of place with nothing else in teh house going with the style and color scheme of it
Speaking of places you can inexpensively rent, I read that the ballroom in Vince Chase's recent birthday party on Entourage only costs five grand to rent IRL. Who wants to throw a sweet bash in Long Beach and invite me? Run a bar and you could easily make a profit.

How do you think the "Ballers on a budget" in L.A make it look like they have more money than they do? Who cares if you have a Denali Yukon with an empty tank of gas and no insurance. The medically upgraded skanky hotties still fall for the lies and they still get laid.
Hah, I now feel superior because I have a Ford with a nearly full tank of gas.

I can't imagine what payments are like for utilities and insurance! Well, at least insurance-wise. Lighting would probably be the big thing, since hopefully heating / cooling shouldn't be too bad. But of course it only takes one bad typhoon or lava spew(?) and all that goes bye bye.
Anyone seen that Arabian sultan's palace powerpoint show, with the silver-plated Audi and dozen Rolls, Bentleys, or BMWs (can't remember which). The palace has 17 rooms and looks like a resort, etc, blah blah.
that house is nice.
My Painting company painted that house... yup, cost was 20,000...
ok so anyways..
Nice house, a lot of crazy things that i would love to have...like a beachfront house period where it is warm...the pools, hot tubs, huge shower... that bedroom overlooking the water is amazing. A bedroom like that would put you to sleep...after a romantic evening But you wouldn't sleep in too much because the sun would always wake you up...so bonus there.
Wish there were more pics of lets say... bathrooms, kitchens..
