How many years? Not bloody many - the Halo series isn't that old.

It's on the news now actually - we were the first country in the world to get it. We were also the first country in the world to notice that Halo3 has a wicked case of the ghey.

If I gave my MX6 as much attention as I gave my Fiero, I'd be around here far more often!

i noticed on at my friends house that they have a map on the multiplayer that shows where in the world people are playing it and there was almost nothing in australia, but looking at the map of the us there was a line that kept moving west as it was released. what gheyness did you find in it?

ill admit i never really got into halo after the i kept beating the first one on legendary so after playing the halo3 at my friends house i felt retarded because it just feels so different. ill buy it though when i have money again.

It's just more of the same. And the first two were boring as all hell - this one is no better. Why do people keep lapping up this generic regurgitated Bungie drivel? It's not ground breaking. It's not a new concept. It's not anything special at all. It's just the old Halo (which was already incredibly dated when it was released all those years ago) with shiny graphics.

If I gave my MX6 as much attention as I gave my Fiero, I'd be around here far more often!

lol you have a major chip on your shoulder re: halo.

Did halo 1/2 kill your puppy?

its a formula that works fairly well.. generic plotline (its a shooter... plot? who cares)

i mean.. the doom series, quake series, etc, were "just more of the same, but shinier" which each of their iterations.

so?

the same can be said about pretty much every game series.. the first 7 need for speeds were all the same.. the only real break through came with underground... and now carbon is simply... more of the same again.

liesure suit larry? yup... more of the same.

star wars - knights of the old republic 2... exactly the same as the first.

halo is a good shooter and an excellent deatmatch shooter. the things you complain about are par for the industry... in fact... what happens when you DONT dish out more of the same?

zelda... windwaker is wtf happens. lol.

94 mx6 - you name it - I did it, came up with it, tried it and rejected it or just plain still have it. **Now in the caring hands of Chef**
93 mx3 - klze, i/h/e, rims and paint.. **FS - on a lift, has an engine, just need to put them together. I have no time. come buy it cheap.

98 jeep GC - 5.9L with every bolt on + tune. My street jeep. small tires, but runs 13's

Took me 4 hours to beat the game playing coop on easy difficulty. ( I would of picked normal). Overall the game was great, it ended the story but I was expecting a little more. Hopefully multiplayer makes up for it.

I have never really gotten into the halo series, boring. I get a lot into resident evils, final fantasy, half life(just like any other fps). and all the like. Id also take a ps3 over an xbox any day too.

Whats in Halo 3 for weapons? I still prefer 1 over 2 just because of weapon selection. Give me a pistol with the zoom and the assault rifle in Halo 1, and its over

picked up a copy on my way home from work today. BB had an entire table stacked with copies. Probably won't get a chance to play tonight. Can't wait to try the MP.
