Very Cool Sig...

This is a sig for one of the members at a Doberman forum. I thought it was cool.

What can you really say?

"How do you wash her?"
"Is yours clumsy?"
"Mine is very rambunctious, too much and tears the house apart- HELP!"
"Ever seen a s___ this big?"

C'mon a w3bf0rum?

On second thought, I'm on KoiVet so....whatever.

PS- This was a signature on another car forum but it was from one of the owners of MJM:

Why do you guys say that? Is there something wrong with a dog related forum, where people can come to share their experiences and the more experienced people can help those that may need it...

Kind of like a forum about cars...

ps: Im just giving you [shizzle] naveen, I used to work with a vet, I love dogs myself. But I normally just rescue them from the pound, Ive never bought one...

It's all good man. I don't take offense that easily.

How about this in the gallery section..."Just washed my dobie, brushed and nails clipped, what do you guys think?"

I was just curious to know more about comments made by goat and sick.

well.. take the sig for example...

dobies, rottis, pits, etc are the penis extension dogs of choice. its not the dogs choice, but unfortunately the large majority of owners you'll come across have them simpyl for the tough image...

The sig you posted, for instance, isn't insinuating the dog is especially smart, or good looking, or useful for pulling sleds through blizzards, etc... its conveying the fact that its a fast and ferocious animal, and will tear your ass up before you reach the fence...

unless i read it wrong?

I do have to say, a well trained pitt or rotty is the most loving animal you will ever have. back when I worked at the vet clinic, there were a few regulars for boarding, among them one pit, a great dane, and a rotty named Zoe, which to this day is the most amazing animal I have ever met. During my breaks, I used to go back to the cages and play with them. I found myself taking naps and using this dog as a pillow many times. She was the most loving animal ever really.

These dogs have a really bad PR, and what some people dont know is that, under the right training, one of these breeds would actually be more loyal and friendly than any other, specially lap dogs...god I hate them dog-mouse breeds...

oh, i agree fully - and have nothing against the dog(s) in question. I've bred, and been around breeding for a long time now.

but lets face it - you get a group of owners all in one forum... and sigs like that... what kind of image are they trying to portray about the dog/themselves?

i'll be the first one to say staffordshire terriers, aka pit bulls are some of the most lovable dogs.

its not the animals, but the owners, unfortunately
