Federal Laws are always enforced over state law. So marijuana is still illegal in CA as far as the feds are concerned (ATF).

Thanks kyle, but on the morning show I listen to they had a comedian in that is from Cali and he had a script. He can't take it out of the state though, but in Cali he can get medical marijuana government grown. Kyle you are probably familiar with Wags & Elliot on qfm96, that is the morning show I listen to. I'm just curiouse if any one on here from Cali would know anything about it.

Its legal in Denver CO to hold up to 1 ounce of marijuana in your possesion, and have a MAXMIMUM of 3 plants at your household. That is granted you have a Prescription, and your within the city limits.

I have heard its quite easy to get a prescription in CA. You just have to find the right doctor. Its really a cure all problem. Tell them you have high levels or stress and anxiety, and that it is causing you sleep loss and that you have tried all the prescriptions and all of them either have to bad side effects, or do not work.

Other medical reasons I have heard about is obviously glaucoma, which you probablly dont have unless your 80, and arthritis, which is the same.

Edit - One thing I find funny is it seems like everywhere there is medical marijuana there is bans on pitbulls. Denver, and Cali both.

I always find this funny as it really shows what the legislators are like by the combinations of controversial laws like this. Denver and Cali are obviously full of peace loving hippies.

What a broad generalisation

. I think you will find that the illegal growers you speak of will be dabbling more in crack and other heavier drugs. The "couple of plants in the back" that is legal is more to keep the stoners who like getting stoned for free happy.

I'm from Los Angeles and i got the perscription i paid 120 for the 1st year then i pay 80 bucks for the next year. Called them for a appointment! 877-627-1644 213-627-1644 they cared about the CASH!

Also where I grew up the biggest farmer in the town always had a large crop growing around pine trees close to his corn field, and he didn't own one pitbull.

There [shizzle] is good. They got diffenrent kind of buds cheap [shizzle] to the good stuff. Well they say its the goverment but i dont think so, but who knows once u have the perscription u can grow 2 plants in your house carry a ounce of bud on u, go to the store and buy it
