There is some good rap out there, and a lot of bad rap. Just like every other genre of music. I listen to what I like.

If you want to blame rap or hate rap then blame the fat white guys who push it from the top of a skyscraper. If you think Sean Combs or Jay Z or $.50 are the ones controlling rap or responsible for crappy rap acts comeing out then you're sadly mistaken. It's the same thing with rock music or pop bands or "death metal" you vote with your dollar. If someone is selling horse[shizzle] and you pay for said horse[shizzle], you're saying "I want more horse[shizzle]" by voting with your dollar.

I'll tell you what though, I'd much rather listen to this:

that independent song is HORRIBLE...although it serves a purpose to those that listen to that genre of music, it helps them spell.

lamb of god is a great metal band. not the best by far, the vocals are the worst part, too monotone of screaming for my taste. music is awesome though. i can see why you would listen to a rap song for the beats b/c i do the same with rock/metal songs for the music. just seems harder to ignore the lyrics with rap too me.

But I also enjoy old-school rap.

As for rap I grew up on BDP. 99% of it today is pure rubbish.

That song would be great without Boosie. Everytime I hear his screechy ass womanly voice I want to kill him. But seriously, doesn't he sound like a pissed off chick?
