shells on a belt are slow and not used my law enforcement, and the other rifle in the back LEO and military would not use.

there are much more suitable weapons that i would rather use for taking down a crowd.

Oh I know the ammo belt isnt the most practical, but it be what Rambo or Arnie would use. Very intimadating that is for sure. If you knew some Muslim who owned all that stuff and lived in America and had buddies that all did the same, as if you wouldnt be a bit nervous .

PS: I am Muslim so im allowed to bag on it.

Oh and why have you thought of what you would use to take out a crowd you responsible gun owner . The most effective crowd dispersing gun legally available here would probably be a lever action rifle.

well pearson, I guess you are a gun expert, but as far as the "belt", that is a sling, and as far as the rifle, it's an AK-47, and law enforcement around the world uses it, just not in america, because they would much rather use a glorified .25cal round that can"t even shoot through drywall. I would appreciate it very much if first off, you knew what you were talking about, and secondly if you would stop trying to be a gun snob, and as far as taking down crowds, well that shotgun is about as good as you are going to get. As far as a gun for taking down crowds, unless you have "old painless" the ak is going to be just fine. the AR round is just a glorified .25, you know it, I know it, and the United States Gov. knows it. If the AR is so awesome, (which I assume you are talking about, because you are trying to act like you are law enforecement) than why has the American Military opted to go with Hecklar and Koch's rifles, for the new millenium?

Nate, as far as the Hi Point, it's been a long running debate amongst gun owners. I have found it to be quite reliable. Not one jam. it has actually performed quite well, of course someone like Pearson will try to bash it because he sounds like the "I like the 1000 dollar AR, and the I want the 1500 dollar Kimber forty five" type. I could be wrong, don't really know the guy, just don't want him bashing on my shizzle, it will do more than enough to get any job done. Hi Points obviously have a bad rep because a lot of criminals use them because they are cheap. I honestly wouldn't take it to the range every week, but for home defense, I would trust my life on it. It has never failed to go boom, just like any weapon with proper maintenance and cleaning.

well pearson, that's kind of funny since you were the one who started it in the first place, I didn't want to argue with you either, I could honestly not give two shizzles's what you think of my gun collection. I didn't expect someone to start saying, "oh, I have better this, and better that." Anyone who looks at this post will see that you were the one who antagonized me, not vice versa, have a nice day.

Hondaprober,
I liked my High Point 9mm I only ever had one jam and that was with a particular brand of ammo and never with any other. They are classified as a Saturday Night special, but they are very reliable and mine was increadibly accurate. It just didn't fit my plans as a CCW gun to bulky and heavy. I would have to say though I really would love to have an AR, but right now I don't have the fun money to spend on it. I have however been looking at the Wather P22 for a target shooting pistol and the 3.5" barrel model is ready for a Suppressor(only for novelty purposes and not agrevating the neighbers if I decide to do 500rds)

Walther P22 extended Barrel, I had the red dot and other attachments for the light etc but it was to heavy *Shrugs* Its cheap to take out and shoot and it will cause havok since it can't make it back out lol. (Oh and I had the fake silencer too but that one stays put up... lol)

I was just at the gun store the other day and looked at the P22, I'm about positive I'm going to get one. Like you said cheap to shoot. I'm planning on getting the 3.5" barrel and possibly buy a real suppressor.
