Lessons for today

1. Being on good terms with your primary junkyard is a really good thing ($113 goes a long way)
2. A 2.2L N/A F2 (minus transaxle) will fit in the back of a '95 Escort hatch, providing you are smart and have replaced the pressed-board with plywood under the carpet
3. Abovementioned engine is hella heavy and difficult to remove without a hoist.

trust me, you can fit a lot in an escort hatches. the same day i took this pic i als was carrying 20 sheets of plywood on the roof.

Did you have to take out the passenger seat to do that? I know mine doesn't recline near enough forsomething like that....

nope, its just reclined all the way back and the headrest removed.

I managed to fit in a small sportbike in my moms Corsica 4 door sedan when I was a teen.

Had to remove a door to do it though, but it fit.

Its called skills muddafukka skills,
