tips for increasing appetite

Anybody know any tips on how to increase your appetite. I am terrible about eating regularly. Most days i might eat 2 meals a day. And i have to force myself to eat because im never hungry. I know part of it is my Adderall keeps me from being hungry but i need to start putting on some weight. I keep losing it and all my clothes are getting way too big. im 6' and only weigh 130 pounds and my waist is only like 27".

When your body doesn't "require" energy or food, the only thing that can make you WANT to eat is a tempting smell. So try to stick around people who happen to be eating foods you think are appetizing.

so just stuff your face all the time. Even if you're not hungry, eat.

That, or any exercise really. I bet you'll find yourself eating a lot more if you run, lift weights, play sports etc..

If life was easy, everyone would do it.

wow, that is such an alien concept to me.

You could try developing a vicious cycle of self-loathing and conciliatory overeating. That has always worked for me. lol.

If you want to gain weight.. working out is not a good idea.. It only increases your metabolism. It might make you a bit hungry after, but you won't gain anything.

Do you smoke cigarettes?

I quit smoking, and my appetite has gone through the roof. To the point that it was probably cheaper for me to smoke.

Do the Rambo kickstart diet: Sylvester Stallone has a health problem most of us would love to have...he can eat anything but can't put on weight.
For his role, as an overweight police officer in Copland, he had to gain almost FIFTY pounds. And, for a man who has always been in the best of shape, the challenge was enormous.

"I really had to be disciplined to gain the weight," he says. "I began by eating an entire wedding cake. Then, every day for three months, I'd eat 30 frisbee-sized pancakes for breakfast."

Thats how i am, no matter how much i eat i can never put on weight. I used to eat 5 meals a day back in highschool and i would never way more than 135. The most i have ever weighed was 140 and that was my sophomore year when i was in weight lifting.
