Apparently her best friend is Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana)... So yeah, proves she is still 'Just a Kid' who along with her BFF want to act like mid 20's girls who've been there and done that.
I know she has money and probably an awesome life, but hey... There's prettier and more talented singers out there.
Well, I think she has some good songs, and she has talent as a singer. I mean, hell, not many people I can listen to and not cringe at. But that's just my opinion.
Never listened to her before my ex though, she was big into her stuff, so it was either like it, or wanna die listening to it all the time. Plus, she is pretty cute in my opinion.
Bottom line, in my opinion, none of us personally know her and can't really talk down upon her, but at the same time you can't say anything good about her just because she's famous. She's just another person, this is just what she does.

@midrange: I haven't heard all of Taylors songs, but the 2 I heard on the radio are not at all about knowing what life is and blah blah blah. In "You belong with me" She's talking about a boy who's dating some girl just cuz she's hot and popular when he should be dating the one he acts like a best friend with. and in "Love Story" it's all about how she fantasizes about finding the perfect guy and so on. That to me doesn't seem like someone who thinks they know it all, it seems more like a typical late teen who is hopelessly convinced that the worlds most amazingly romantic guy and perfect relationship exists...something that is EXACTLY in her age range "thinking" wise.
And just to prove it, here are links to the lyrics:
I did, but seeing as the brain doesn't need to have all the letters in the right place to read a word as a whole(only the first and last letter need to be in their place) I didn't think it was worth mentioning.
