This happened about a week ago. When it first happened the owner claimed he was watching a pelican. He later came out and said he was not paying attention and was talking on his cellphone. The owner of the car repairs highend cars and is known for his work on ford gt's.

Hum... Corect me if im wrong but. Bugatti dosn't sell their car's to Randy-Dandy's that just happen to have 1.5 million in there hands. This guy in the video is a fail. But he had to know some one, I guess or work on ford GT's like justin said.
