On every site i go on, i see Google ads for things i have seached for in the past.
I bought a program "Delphi XE2 programming language" a few weeks ago and now on ever site i go on, any where in the world, i see banner ads for Delphi.
Stupid Google keeps track of what you are interested in and constantly puts it back in your face. The Annoying thing is I bought the Delphi a month ago and the Ads won't let up.
Big brother now knows where you go and what you buy.
This is the world were living in now.. everything you do is being documented and sold. Anything you like and look on facebook, anything you look at on the internet, anything you get in email.. Privacy? A joke -
I get the same thing for east bay and other sites.. If I look at something or add it to a cart, Ill see it in advertisement everywhere, even my own site. If I search something on ebay, Ill often see it come up as results in search adds and banners.
its not untill I wipe my browser clean that It goes away
been using it for years, and ive always been trouble free. but i agree i very rarely ever DL anything anit-virus related. but ad blocker plus is a MAJOR thing thousands and thousands of people use. its not really something you have to worry about.
+1 for adblocker, been using it for years. I dont even see any ads, it just seems normal to me until i get on someone elses computer and cant believe how many there is!
