My choice would be the 93 Protege or the 90 mx6

The protege looks to be one of the nicer ones on your list and they are a stylish shape and should be reliable enough.

I like the protege too. The mx6 gt I just happend to find while I was linking the others. I dont want to drive all the way to lincoln unless I get some pix though. The other 6 isnt quite what I want but they arnt very common around here so I wouldnt reject it just because of the color.

I havent gotten any replies yet.

Wow ! Thats a clean car

Mines a little rough but I fixed the engine this weekend and will pull the trans next weekend(wont be fun on my back with hand tools)

Mines a 350 auto. I'd almost take a 305 to have a 5spd but the 350 is so damn nice.

Heres the craigslist ad. 1990 Firebird Trans Am/GTA ***SOLD***

EDIT: and BTW it isnt a GTA. I dont know where he got that from but it lacks both the gold badges and the GTA seats.

It's much faster than the 305 5 speeds. The 350 only came as an auto because they destroy 5 speeds.

Depending on year they run any where from mid 15's (right where most V6 mx6's sit) and mid 14's. A stall converter and sticky tires can land me in the high 13's. Add NO2 for easy 12's.

But dont wory I'm allready scheaming for a 6 speed swap
