Clutch Pedal - No Pressure

There seems to be no pressure in my clutch pedal. When i push the pedal back with a little force, the pedal flops all the way back to the wall. It stays there until i have move it back with my hand. This happened to me before except when the pedal was pushed back it would slowly move back, but now it just stays there. I am thinking i should bleed the system from the cylinder, but I am not entirely sure on how to hook up the bleeder to the cylinder.

UPDATE
I found out that to bleed the system, you have to go to the slave cylinder, which is over the pedal and bleed it out from there. Although, i left the clutch in for a little and kept pumping it until it was back to normal.
