Thosse foglights are a little too bulky imo. Should look pretty tight though.

That car sounds just sick. What about your suspension? Are you going to fab a bunch of
stuff? I'm really into some suspension stuff and it's so hard to find anything really made for the MX-6. I want to Autocross this spring and I am just looking for a nice setup or ideas for a good one. Sorry about taking up so much time, any ideas would be helpful and
your car is really cool. Great supercharger idea! Take it easy dude.

Guys, with ANY luck, I'll actually get it painted this week. It has changed a little (yet again) since those pics and I'll try to get new ones up soon. I ended up molding the side skirts on - couldn't come up with a DECENT way to hold them on without snagging an edge everytime I got in and out of the car. Also molded the front and rear bumpers on AND THEN cut nice, straight looking body lines back into it to give the appearance that they aren't molded. Personally, I think molding the front and rear makes the body look HUGE and, I hate the fact that the front and rear bumpers always fit like absolute crap. I ditched the tokico and ground control suspension and am switching to a complete set of custom built leda's with hypercoil springs. As for the front fogs, yes, from the angles that I have been taking the pics, they can seem on the large side. When sitting on the ground and you are looking down at them, they have the look I want. The color has changed as well. Still using the silver as the base coat, but then shooting 5 coats of house of color brandywine pearl over the top. The oem lip spoiler still needs to be attached and I'm still waiting for a TON of parts to come in. Other than that, I'll probably wait to finish up the engine until June and just run the stocker until then. The interior probably won't be completed (the way I want it) until next spring (seems like a nice winter project). Other than this car, parts sales to you guys, a normal 60 hour a week job, a 5 year old son, an eight month pregnant wife, a camper to finish up by memorial weekend, and racing season just around the corner, I should have tons of freetime this summer

I took these pics during the day today. Thought you guys might want to see the progression to color. I skipped taking pics of the sealer coat, but you can see the intial in the booth, the silver base (3 coats), and the brandywine tinted clear (3 coats). When I shot these, we still had to shoot two more coats of straight clear. Oh, forgot to mention, didn't want any tape lines, so Steve (or bodyshop's painter had to be able to open and shut everything while spraying (what a pain - that is why he was painting it and not me since I would zebra stripe the paint everywhere if I tried it). After it sits for a couple of days, more wet sanding and then polishing. Slaytanic, your question about struts - I ordered 4 sport leda's with hypertech springs. If you do a google search, you'll find them. Those won't be in for about 3 more weeks, so I'll put the interior back together (and just about everything else) while I wait. The sc motor won't go in until this fall - no time to get it done before then.
