The Unofficial Thread for JD's 3rd annual BBQ in Pasadena, MD!
First, Yes rhumen, I'll email you when I have all the particulars and post an official thread. This is the unofficial thread.
Ok, so I'm trying to figure out a schedule for my 3rd BBQ at my house and a list of events if any are even interested. So here's what I need to know:
What saturday in july works best for everyone?
Other than a BBQ, anything else anyone would like to see happen within reason?
Should I invest in any games?
Would you like it to be a BBQ and "help me fix my car" type meet or just a "look at all the probes!" type meet? (this matters for a few reasons)
Would you prefer me to provide the food and do a cover charge for food? or everyone brings their own?
That's all for now, I'd like to have everyone that can come to come, I think I've had one PA member at my bbq, not from anyone further north, but I've always had 8 or more people show. I know NEPO and MDPOC has been waining a bit in the years, but I'd love to see a great group of people I've got to know over the years come hang out and have a great time too. LAST YEAR I HAD 3 MX-6'ers at my place! It was a great time!! Everyone's invited, especially those of the quad state area (MD,VA,DE,PA) We're all so close, it's an opportunity to meet and make new friends! So let me know what's best for you. I'll be listening!
