Bangi'n the Limiter at the AutoCross

Here's a little Autocross montage, lots of exterior shots, sliding around and lots of rev limiter. It wasn't worth it to shift to 2nd only to get right back to 1st, so limiter it was!

Thank god the KL engine is stout, we had 20 runs between two drivers that day, still happily made the 450mile trip home to Salt Lake

Maybe. So far I've been lucky. The last car had 175k miles, original motor, and I was the third person to competitively autocross it, and happily did a dozen Track Days.

So far this car has about 35 autocrosses, three track days, and 20k miles since I've owned it.

Though this much limiter is definitely the exception, I do actually try to keep it under 7500rpm

lucky, the first year I had my mx6, had about 170k, I hit the limiter a few times because my buddies said it was fine ..thats why its there (yeah ok) Broke a valve retainer

, Same thing happend to a guy I know in town.. seems to be a weakness for these motors

Your car is so dope man! I can watch videos of it all day. Good driving too!
BTW...how much camber were you running front and rear in the Miller lapping video?

Same as for autocross, -2.8F -1.6R

Though for autocross I do give it ~1/8" toe out, but leave it at zero for Miller
