MaPOC Unofficial Early Spring Dyno

MaPOC Unofficial Spring Dyno Meet - It's unofficial because we still plan on having our 4th Annual Spring Dyno in May sometime.

Who: Anyone and everyone from the community.
What: Dyno, 2WD and AWD.
When: Saturday March 10, 2007.
Where: Bristol Dyno (www.bristoldyno.com - located in East Hartford, CT)
Why: Why not?

Let it be said that you DO NOT HAVE TO DYNO. Treat this like any other meet. If you want to get a baseline or get in some tuning, this is for you.

Rates (which are the best around):
Baselines - Baselines - $50 + $5 (AFR) for 2WD, $60 + $5 (AFR) for AWD
Tuning 1st Hour - $75 for 2WD, $85 for AWD
Tuning 2+ Hour - $50 for 2WD, $50 for AWD

We had A LOT of interest at the meet in January for this so I expect people to put up their name saying they will either attend, baseline, or tune. Here comes the list...
  • Fatest95PGT - Tuning (1+ hours)
  • CT PGT - Baseline
  • jmmdm2 - Tuning (1+ hours)
  • ferant316 - Baseline (tentative)

I'll probably go to hang out, but i don't know if i feel like spending $50 for another baseline when the only change is a "new" head, original mx6 muffler with 260K miles on it in better shape than my 1.5 year old walker, and a K&N drop in...

Dan (audi friend) said he can't make this date, but might be able to go to the official one.

Haha, the saab has been on jack stands for a couple months... I still have to find time to fix that brake line. It'd be fun to see what a stock '85 900 turbo that has sat for 2 years puts down though...

Ahh, bummer. Do you have the summer semester off from school this year? Going to be living in Milbury?

Would it be OK if I posted a link to this from over at NEPOC (New England Protege Owners Club) on mazdas247.com ?
Maybe we could get a joint meet to happen?

How much interest do you think there would be in your community?
Would they be looking for baselines or tuning time?

We only *need* 5 people to show up for this to happen so I'm not too worried about hitting the minimum numbers.

Ya, why not. No dyno for me though, unless I get these Headers installed before then, doubtful.
