Good to hear Magoo. Sorry I wasn't around all weekend to chime in on your issues.

You installed that curved neck IM while you had the DE one off, right? Crazy to do that job twice when you don't have to!

I don't have any diagrams handy, sorry Magoo.

We'll get that curved neck on at a mod meet soon enough!

Did you use new IM gaskets or re-use the old? If you re-used the old, what type of RTV did you use on them? Or did you use Phenos (any RTV?) instead?

I've re-used them, but only with RTV on both sides.

This could be your idle problem.

it could be. i just got a diagram of where vacuum lines go. adjat84th hooked me up.
i am going to try this out. if it still idles funny, i will put some RTV on the gaskets.
we'll see what happens.

thanks jeff

i have used that diagram.
i have mis-connected a few hoses.
stupid me.
but now da car idles fine.
but once in awhile it will idle funny.
not as bad as before.
so imma disconnect the battery n try to reset the ECU.
then we'll see from there.
