What is Karma?
In Buddhist terms of old, Karma is the Universal Power Source that
governs your life. If you are good to others, you are given a good and
prestigious life. If you are bad to others you are given a bad and
shameful life often for several reincarnations.
You can now take this concept to your vBulletin forums. If you post high
quality and thoughtful messages, your fellow members will approve of
your posts. By their approval you gain Karma. If you post incorrect,
misleading or messages against the guidelines, they will disapprove
and you will lose Karma.
Your karmic rating will be displayed underneath all of your posts. Only
you will know your exact number of karmic points-- you can view this
by clicking on the Karma icon on the right hand side of your own post
or through the vBHome control panel. For every 100 points positive or
negative, you will gain another karmic rating light. After 5 lights, they
will take twice as long to appear.
Cool, I also saw the Photo Gallery option, are basically gonna move the MX6 pic posts there or is it gonna be something like we put pictures in there and we do stuff like vote on which ones we like?

me likes the old karma but im willing to give the new one a shot...yeh whats the deal w/ the photo gallery? that would be AWESOME if we could scroll through everyones pics in little thumbnail versions. im always looking to see if a new car hit the board and this would be a great way to see

Karma is actually from ancient hindu ideology (budhism evolved from this)
In the hindu system people are born into certain castes, if they get lots of good karma then on their next rebirth they will be born into a higher caste. The reverse is also true where if you get lots of bad karma you will be demoted. One thing i cant remember is whether or not if you are real bad you will be reborn as an animal.
I think animals can be good and then become human but once you become human you cant be demoted to animal.
