springs or coilovers?

i want to drop my 94 mx-6 but am not sure which i wanna do....springs or coil overs. i heard springs are the best way to go for performance and safety reasons. plain and simple, i heard coil overs look nicer and are easier ajusted plus they can make your car lower then springs can. BUT coil overs are way to bumpy and crazy at high speeds....any advice helps, thanks kyle.

springs, hands down. don't [fizzle] with something that could kill you just to look 2% cooler.

yeah, i have coilovers with extra stiff spring in the rear, and my car is so solid and agile at high speeds and low speed, DO NOT DO EBAY! be legit, get some AWR coils, but if those are too expensive, go for k-sports,.

LOL all day long.

eibach springs and tokico illumina struts will do you well. ask dtomashov18 about the k-sports and reliability. awr if you're rich, but worth it. no ebay brand coilovers, they'll get you killed

AWRs FTW! Honestly though, Eibachs with Tokicos will be good. Coilover wise...basic Teins are a bit more then K sports but, a better product too. And yeah, NO ebay junk.

Silence is golden but, duct tape is silver.

This is almost a contradiction in terms...Cheap springs =! Safety. Also, if you have a proper coil over spring setup, you won't get that crazy bumpiness at high speeds. What you are seeing on those hondas are the product of ebay gone crazy. Get yourself some nice Koni inserts, get some coil over sleeves from ebay and some Tein springs At least, this is the route that I plan on taking when I finally decide to tackle my springs/struts.

I see you trollin I be ragin

eBay Motors: KSPORT KONTROL COILOVER SPRING 93-97 MAZDA MX-6 MX6 (item 310066490572 end time Feb-06-09 22:31:48 PST)

or

eBay Motors: 93 94 95 96-97 MAZDA MX6 COILOVER SPRING LOWERING 4/6cy (item 120371439152 end time Feb-06-09 17:34:48 PST)

Some of my friends have coilovers, but they are named brand like skunk 2, but they drive hondas, but for mx6s, not sure about that. O ya, Ground control makes them for our car too. I heard thats a good buy, but your gonna need new struts to go with them.
