My Newest Build Yet... And a Long One...

Ok, although i haven't been hanging around the MX6 forum for the past couple years, that doesnt mean i've forgotten about the MX6, even though i've owned many cars since my First MX6, i still keep coming back to it... Not to mention i have one currently as a Daily Driver along with a 01' Sebring and a 07' ZX-10R, the MX6 is still #1 on my list when i'm driving to work or running to the store...

Well for the past 3 years, when i got rid of my first MX6 LS i've had a spare engine laying in the garage all torn down waiting for something... That time has come my friends... I've started on my long and challenging journey of a KL01-TT build for my 93 MX6... Just wanted to stop by and share some pictures of the bare essentials of what i got going right now...

Let me know what you think, and suggestions are ALWAYS helpful, please post up your thoughts....

haHA! Hell's yes!!!!!!!

Good to hear you're coming back to it. I, personally, don't have any deep knowledge or advise on the issue, but I do wish you luck. Hopefully you can get it done pretty quickly, i'm not a patient man.

Latest UPDATE...

Well heres the latest news, i've given my block to my machinist to hone the cylinders, and he also has both of my heads waiting for a valve-seat measurement, i just got my valves all cleaned (sandblasted, polished, and seats cleaned) and they are going to the machinist so he can clean up my head valve-seats and the intake and exhaust ports... Heres a couple pix of the finished valves...
