New Guy

Hello All,

Just wanted to introduce myself.

New to the Forum. For the last several years I have been a very active member of the 1st gen Integra website. It is one of the best forums I hae seen with very active members always helping fix anyones problems and finding parts for one another.

I reside in Marlton, New Jersey (Near Philly)

Anyway, 2 months ago I was in a pretty severe accident which left my beloved Teg toasted. Turns out to be a "N0 FAULT" since no witness stpped to tell the cops that the other guy ran the red light. I was left paying for my own towing and storage.

Anyhow, I have always liked 2nd Gen MX-6's and hope to have a 93 to 95 LS 5 speed within the next few weeks.

Hopefully everyone will be able to help me with the typical problems and pitfalls of 2nd gens.

I'm an old guy who has worked on cars all my life and I will be happy to help with allot of old school knowledge that young guys don't have. As for messing with OBD ECU's and such I will need you help.

I am going to look at a few cars this week and any adivice on what to look for would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bert

What do some people say?

I just like the looks of the 2nd Gen and heard they are pretty good runners, not bad to work on , and can even AutoCross ok.

Anything special I should be looking for? One of the cars I'm looking at is a 93 LS 5 speed for $2700. 96k miles. New alt, water pump, tires, tie rods ends, and it say axle. Maybe one or both . Who knows.

Hows does that sound for a price and what should I be looking for for problems.

Bert
