as usual the criminal has more rights then the victim

EDIT he made contact ,
Well contact was made by Mr anand. Here is what he had to say.
Hi there

Hey asuna,

I've decided to NOT sell the mudflaps to you. I've cancelled postage of the flaps and am sending you your money back.

I am only doing this because of your flaming and impatience. You push it to a month after two weeks, and ruin my name on the site. I am sorry bu you are not someone who deserves these flaps.

Anand

Asuna... shut the hell up.

this has nothing to do with "rights" - it has to do with liability concerns for the site. If you would personally like to handle the legal bills - then by all means post. If not - then do your best not to get under my skin.

Anand will be contacted shortly. His number has been given to those who can actually get your money back.\

Eggman, and I4 - your assistance would also be welcomed. Please PM or IM me (goatcrapp) with the details.

month - 2 weeks, who cares.. you should have had that package sent in less then 24 hours of accpeting his payment. 2 days is a little long let alone 2 weeks....

I got my refund this evening, thanks for finally settling this.

Asunamazda don't wait for a refund, demand it otherwise you'll end up getting the run around for a year.

asuna, im close to you, by a province. I have 4 mudflaps that are sprayed satin black that i would sell to you for 15 bucks plus shipping, for all 4. I don't want them and they are in my way. SO, im leaving for two weeks, and come back on the 28th. If you want them, PM me your info, and i will get a quote and you will have the flaps. Least i could do to try and clean this up. Understandably you feel you got screwed, but unfortunatly that is the risk with doing internet business i suppose. Ill have to inspect the flaps as well, to be sure they are in tact and don't have any tears for the screw holes.

Anyways, good luck everyone, sucks this happened.

David

That's not always the case. Sometimes it's just not possible to get to the post office, BUT if the seller communicates properly, waiting a couple days shouldn't be a problem.

I've recently ran into some problems getting things shipped on time, but I did my best to communicate with the buyers and I'm pretty sure they were happy in the end.

It's good to see this getting resolved, however, I doubt Anand will ever be able to sell anything on this site again...kind of a shame.

Just to update I never received my money or my tape measure back nor did I see any attempt from him to send them out.

I hope he rots in hell and his tremcladed MX6 along with him. Glad I woke up early after working til 4am to come out and GIVE YOU a intake manifold that cost me money and time to go get. Then, just for that added little bonus, he took my measuring tape too. Great seller, will definately hospitalize him next time I see him...
