Negative feedback for anandsihra

I purchased an Ipod shuffle from anandsihra in the beginning of February and I still have not recieved it.

I have made many attempts to find out what the problem is and he says that there was a problem when it was shipped that the label was missing or something like that. That was almost a month ago and it should have been shipped express post so it would take only a few days.

Right now I am saying buyer beware on anandsihra because I don't know if I will recieve the Ipod at all. Honestly I hope I do and I have tried to be patient but I really feel like I am being taken for a ride with this.

Canada Post has been extremely disappointing this time. I shipped 2 days after receipt of payment via Xpresspost and Eggman informed me later that it did not arrive. I checked with CP and they said that it was in the Hamilton postal station and that it had no address label on it. I gave them Eggman's address again and they assured me that it would be shipped asap. Eggman informed me again that it hadnt arrived, and I inquired and they said it was still in Hamilton. Unfortunately my grandmother passed away recently and I hadnt had a chance to go and pick it up from Hamilton due to the funeral. I went and picked it up today and resent the item. It should be received by Friday or Monday at the latest. I am truly sorry Craig.

Still haven't got my $20 back...my fault for forgetting but don't promise things you can't deliver. Also, you got a free tape measure out of it.

Guys, feel free to bring this to the attention of a mod, when it looks like there may be more than one person involved in getting ripped off.

Each of you, Please send me a PM with as much detail as possible. Any one else who has not yet posted, but has anything they would like to add abotu their shopping experience, both good and bad, with anand - please PM me as well.

I've already contacted Anand. I am giving this 5 days to resolution... or at the very least a concrete path to resolution.

NOTICE TO SELLERS - if you sell on this site - you damn well better be using a tracking number for yours, and the buyer's protection. If not - he said/she said almost always favors the buyer.

4 days.

Anand, if you are reading this, and the items are "in the mail" - i need you to post the tracking numbers publically, here.

I require this from you and you have 4 days. And i am not talking only about asuna's 20.00 mudflaps.

You need to settle up with the rest, re: the Ipod and the refund.

You have 4 days. I require tracking numbers to be posted here, or your posting priveleges will be revoked from this site, and i will gladly assist the other users in any way i can in reporting your fraud.

I hope i am making myself perfectly clear on this. Ripping off members will not be tolerated.

Its the principle of a thing.

I'd do that if i got ripped off and was within a tank's worth of travel.

So, in canada, you can't attach a tracking number to a shipment?

UPS doesnt operate up there?

here, for 1.75 more, you get a delivery confirmation (which although they dont tell you, is also scanned at depot locations and if you call, they will provide tracking info on it)

when you ship in Canada you have to ask for a track number specifically.

He is a loser and even lied to me on the phone about it.

Canada Post is the cheapest way to ship in Canada. They have recently removed the ability to add a delivery confirmation (which was a pretty cheap upgrade) and now allow only a full tracking system. When I checked last week, the cheapest way of shipping a single textbook cost about $16-17 with tax to BC (which seems like a lot in my mind).

Kinda sux that there isn't cheap shipping here anymore with tracking, but them's the breaks. Still can't rip people off 'cause Canada Post likes to overcharge.

I find it funny that in each one of Anandshandra's posts he blames Canada Post. I have shipped at least 50 packages in my life through them (not including envelopes of course) and only once did a package get delayed. Even the delayed one eventually got where it was going.

It's sad to see people rip others off...
