Anybody know this person? He is located in jefferson city,mo. His name is kevin huang.

I perchased 2 gt headlights from him that were lost in the mail. He shipped usps at xmas with no way to track. I purchased insurance and now he will not respond and keeps unregistering from ebay so I can't leave feed back or get response. Ebay and paypal will not help. I need an address for him if anyone knows him. I really hate to go out there on my next trip, but I will. Thanks.

Paypal will not give me my money back, already tied. I saw the thread, but the problem is he sent the stuff poorly and it's lost. He charged me for insurance too, but decided to stiff me because he could.Now I can't get my parts or my money. Someone send me the address he shipped your parts from.I will be passing thru there this summer, so I think I'll stop and say HI!

Learn this lesson, if you pay with paypal and don't receive goods within 30 days, ask paypal for your money back. They give you 45 but 30 days is plenty. When you do this, don't tell the seller either. If he can't produce a tracking number, they'll give you your money back. That's why I always ship with a tracking number to cover my behind.

Fonpee has been perm banned for ripping. I am sorry for your loss and I hope this helps a little. In the future always pay with paypal and if you are having problems with the seller file a claim within 30 days and paypal will try to get you your money back.-Justin

this is the website to the federal trade commission, it is basically the fbi taking in complaints for shady sellers that do business on the internet. i must say these guys really do there work. i have sent a guy to prison, well me and like twenty other people for scamming us into believing he had inherited some game systems and selling them to us. the guys had pics, i had won the auction off yahoo auctions, and so i couldn't get my money back according to the bidpay guys, so instead i researched, and stumbled upon this and with much success. like i said, i had paid the guy with a money transfer through bidpay and i had them on hand. it take a while sometimes, the first time i used it, it took a year to get results, but everyone got their money back and the guy was put in prison for 1 year and i'm happy for that. i never thought that would be possible, but scumbags like that deserve to do time. well anyway, i thought i got ripped off by this guy selling seat brackets for the mx6 on ebay, if you know who i'm talking about, do yourself the favor and resist the temptation to buy these custom made brackets! the guy took almost a year to deliver, and that's because i reported him to the ftc! i swear that you will get results, just need the persons info, you can get the info from paypal or bidpay or even ebay, the more info and proof of you paying the guy, ie. check copy, money order stub, etc. that is valuable info, so keep your receipts and stuff and cross your fingers. if it has worked for me, i hope it will work for you. anyway, just thought i'd pass this little handy link to all my peeps here at mx6.com c ya!
