So I purchased a set of nearly new headbolts for a v6 KL engine. Viennasound is an amazing seller -- he kept me CONSTANTLY updated throughout the entire process, through both PMs and emails. I received pics of the bolts, the box once it was packaged and a scan of the receipt as confirmation that the package was sent.
He sent it out on a Monday and I received it on that week's Friday, and upon opening it, he had it first wrapped in saranwrap, then in layers of thick bubble wrap, and then even some packing peanuts in the box!
Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Brian as a vendor, he puts in the extra effort to make the buyer's experience easy and secure.
