Ok, won his auction for a black leather interior off of ebay
eBay Motors: Mazda MX6 Ford Probe Leather Interior 93 (item 300128181709 end time Jul-13-07 19:32:57 PDT)
right after it sold he sent me a message informing me it was inside one of his vans that was stolen that morning. Obviously not much I can do, but if you happen to see the set floating around... let me know, please.

BS. He just didn't want to sell it for $25 and I don't blame him. BUT, that isn't the way eBay works so..........

That's what I'm thinking. Since he lives in the same city as me, would I be out of line to ask him to see a copy of the police report? Surly he has filed one for his van.

Did you pay him? If you gave him money and he hasn't returned it then sure. But if not, who cares, move on.
