The problem is you are not helping your situation. Unfortunatley I have filed several claims with paypal do to being ripped. The reason you are negative is because paypal sided in his favor. He has not got a dime and you are making excuses. Once you pay the negative balance will go to 0 and he will get his money.

First of all, no, that's not the way it works. Paypal does not under any circumstances front the money. Se7en has not received anything. Paypal removes the money from the SELLER'S BALANCE to pay the buyer if they find in his favor.

If that balance is zero, they PLACE THE ACCOUNT INTO NEGATIVE STATUS, which means you cannot use it to purchase things.

I took it as he had it in a few days ago, but paypal takes (usually) several business days to clear it (i know it used to when i added funds instead of letting it direct draw) - hence my next friday expectations.

I'd like to comment that Dimak I believe you didn't try to take this persons money. I've seen many of your post on this board, esp both being on Canada buy/sell and East.

Se7en, regardless of what was meant, threatening to got to someones work first off and secondly to have a forceful meeting is just ludacris and stupid. Yes it is a threat, plain and simple because you wrote it, and secondly its his work, his job.

Well, for starters, the only way I could get any response from him was to call him at work.(I had to do a lot of searching to get that info too!!)

You should have seen how fast he called me back when I called him at work! It was great, he finaly couldn't ignore me anymore.

He didn't respond to emails, and pms, or anything for a long time. I would think that going to his work and yelling at him is still better than sending the police there!!

Scammers(whether or not he is one or not is still up in the air) drive me crazy, and if the only way I can get my money back is by going to someones workplace, then so be it.

It is better me going there than the police I should think.

And, maybe you might be right, I probably get a bit irrational when people rip me off. But I think that is normal, don't you?

On monday - I will be writing an email to mx3.com informing them of this, and i will also be contacting paypal. Since you used the internet toperpetuate fraud, I am also forced to let your ISP know. If you have a viable explanation and proof that the transaction is still actually pending on paypal's part - then i suggest you provide it to me before then.

Se7en will now receive our full cooperation if he wishes to contact your local authorities.
