ya, he seems to want to pay me back, but he still doesn't seem to send any money.

This has become a sore spot for me.

If you file a claim through court then it has to be in his city and you need to show up for a court hearing. If you show up and he does not a bench warrant is issued. If you file and don't show up, the case is dismissed without prejudice meaning you can file and show up again. I would do it (IIWY) based on principle alone.

I just wanted to post an update, He still hasn't sent me a dime.

He called me and said that he was sending some money, but then nothing showed up.

And he said he would get a tracking number......

Now he doesn't answer his phone.

This is really pissing me off.

I know some people over in ontario that will maybe collect the money from him with force if need be.... Not a threat mind you, just a warning.

dimak is scum, and should be fed to dogs as scraps.

you should. i wouldn't hesitate to get his ass fired over this. Call 2-3 times a day.. make yourself a pain in their ass. He's a [shizzle] shoveler over there, so its not like he's important enough shield.
