Zero answers so far. Why am I not surprised?

Answers would be a good start.

Truthful answers would be better.

Complete, truthful answers would be best, if you are capable of that.

Let me know if you need to have the questions repeated.

And please don't keep asking me to "move on" until after you have provided the answers.

Best of all would be an abject apology and an admission that you committed (and got away with) far worse transgressions than I ever did.

And an admission that my punishment had more to do with your pique (about me cc:ing Scooby) than it had to do with anything else I did since April 1.

And an admission that mods can pull horsefluff like that and get away with it and not suffer any consequences for their actions.

Are you man enough?

Well since you are so sure of yourself then why do you need to hear it? Is there really that much at stake here?

1. I at least gave you some answers. They may not have been what you were looking for but they were some answers.
2. See Number 1
3. You would accept untruthful answers. C'mon now. I don't need to lie to you.
4. "If you are capable of that." Now I feel insulted. You are telling me you are not sure that I can give "complete, truthful answers?"
5. Just to be totally clear, that would be a big help.
6. I asked you to move on in one post. I just hope you like the answers I give you.
7. I admit that I posted a picture that said STFU. I admit that it was actually posted more than once. (Did you even know that?) I think it was posted a total of 3 times, all on closed threads. I admit that it was wrong and against the rules pertaining to language. Admit to telling some one to STFU 3 times is worse than your constant bickering with Damian? The only way to measure that is morals. Morals aren't written down. Both fall under "Be Nice." I did this 3 times. I'm sure I can find more than 3 times that you bickered with SixSick6. On that measurement, tell me if you can come up with another, I cannot admit that my actions were worsse than yours.
8. I admit that this incident pushed me over the edge. This was mounting for a while. It seemed to work with Damian. It also worked with you to a degree. I noticed a thread where only you and Damian posted like 8 times and there was no fighting. You seemed to have shifted your bickering to me and the administration.
9. To a degree, yeah. Do we even do it much? No. I tried to warn Jon once when he was a mod. Cops get away with speeding all the time. Do they get away with murder? Is what I did closer to murder than a speeding ticket, I think not. What would my punishment be? Lose modding privileges? That would be retarded since I do so much more good than bad.
10. See Number 4. Have you ever felt personally insulted by me? To my knowledge, no.

Questions for you:
Do you realize that I don't even have to respond to you? I am doing this to accomodate you. I don't have to do anything to prove myself to the mods. Some are even wondering why I'm being so nice to you and entertaining your diatribes against me.
Did you know no one else has a problem with me or has had a problem with me?

You did not respond to the questions raised.

You gave answers to questions that no one asked. As Goatcrapp would categorize it, "redirection tactics"

I can repost the questions raised, if you want.

C'mon now. Someone's lying to someone.

Somehow gr8ride got the idea that I had received "repeated private messages from mods". Do you have any idea where that lie originated?

Imagine how you'd feel if you got your plug pulled on the basis of lies.

Now that's insulting.

You haven't so far. You can convince me by doing, rather than by saying. Actions speak louder than words.

Start by showing me what you posted in the mods forum regarding our June 19, 20 and 21 pmails and my being banned. Completely and truthfully.

Show me your integrity.

In one post and in 2 pmails.. gr8ride also invoked that phrase a couple of times in this thread. It seems like every time I hear that phrase from a mod it's when they have futzed up and would rather not acknowledge it.

What's not to like? As long as they are complete and truthful.

Don't get me started on "closed threads".

You know and I know we are talking about one specific post. I'd post the link to it, but you know and I know it has been edited from how it appeared when I complained about it.

It was also against several other rules. I enumerated them in my pmail of June 19. Did you not include that in your pmail dump in the mods area?

I agree, morality can be pretty subjective.

However much you and I and Jon and Goat might disagree about what constitutes "morality", or "bickering", it remains subjective.

Which makes it all the more astounding that you were able to achieve unanimity from the mods on the subject.

I have to wonder what exactly you posted about me and how much editing was done to pmails before they were posted for your petition to have achieved that degree of unanimity.

And speaking of morality, when exactly did it become accepted practice to post pmails in discussion areas? Is this done often? Is it done with impunity? Does *ANY* mod question the morality of doing so?

I'm sure you can, if you use your definition of "bicker". I'm sure I can find just as many posts by you where you failed to "be nice", if we use my definition of "nice". Both are subjective measures.

I've already been told that "pointing out other peoples transgressions, in my
opinion, further weakens your position" -- wonder if that applies equally to mods?

If you think I edited those PMs one bit, you're wrong. I'm not going to respond to your whole replay becasue what ever I post, I'll get back two fold in questions and comments. Why don't you post the PMs log that you have?

Sleepcounter this is over. You are bordering on paranoid. I (me, Chris, Imagoonmx6 if your confused) made the final decision to ban you after looking through the forums and seeing the display that was put on in that thread in other threads. The CC: to Scooby had nothing to do with it, honestly Sean has been so busy with his real life that I don't even know if he has read them. As for editing the PM's, don't think for a minute that the moment you hit delete on a PM that it is gone. I can and have gone back and recovered PM's from the database. All deleted does is set a small bit = 1 and it no longer shows in your box. It has the information still there for me to look at.

You have been so busy point out any mistake made by anyone complete with quoting the rules that you position has been put under a 1 post new member at this point.

You have two options.

1) Enjoy the site and contribute with out causing these large arguments between you, the staff and other members.

2) Leave.

That’s it I'm done.
