I posted in the Gallery this morning in response to the thread entitled "You gotta love the M-edition" at about 7:35 am EST, and it looks like my post was lost. It usually shows up right away when I hit the 'Post Quick Reply' button, but this time it didn't.

I hit the Refresh button in the browser (IE7), but that didn't bring it up either. Then I went to the main Gallery page and saw that it had updated the 'Last Post' field with my name and time of post, but when I went back into the thread, it still wasn't there. Then I opened up Firefox and checked that way, and I was still the 'Last Post', but the post still wasn't there...any ideas?

The post is showing up. It may have been queued by the server and processed after a little while. That can happen when the server is busy due to performing maintenance or something like that.

Something is wrong here, because I forgot to mention that this morning the Gallery page was showing that the thread had 5 pages, but every time I clicked to go to page 5, it would take me to page 4 and there was no page 5 available from the thread itself.

Also, now that you said the post is there, I still can't see it when I'm logged in, but I just logged out and checked the thread and I can see all of the posts. I logged in again and checked and once again I'm not able to see the post from this morning. All I see is 1:44 Car-Insane followed by tour96se at 8:22. (64 total posts) but when logged out I see 68 posts.

Is something messed up in my profile?

That's what I thought too, but I can't even see one of my own posts so that's what got me...logging out fixes it though because then I can see all of the posts, including the one of mine that's missing.

I see the post now, so it looks like things might be back to normal.

Thanks if any changes were made Scooby.

i was wondering with the "groups" is it possible to have like a charter section added in the request group posts? to like give more info on like maybe what is being done in there group?
maybe more info for these might help with the numbers of peeps in a groupand maybe the number of groups.
