Karma used to be given in the lounge when it was first put back in after a long while when it was remvoved(make sense?) but was quickly removed from the lounge after many complaints and abuse of the system shortyl after its return.

And for a good while there was/is no karma in the lounge even before the change.

Settings tab doesn't work in 2nd Gen General section. Could be the same in other sections.

I know how the Karma system used to work, but for some reason I thought we were supposed to be able to give it out in the lounge now.

Keep in mind that lots of things are still in work. So for a little while, after the change, people could give karma in the lounge. Not because I wanted to allow it, but just because the restriction was no longer there after the switch. So it took me a bit to restrict it. Some people saw that it was possible and thought that I put it that way on purpose.

The change over was just the beginning of the transformation.
So, please keep in mind that things will be up in the air for a while. But also, please keep posting things you find.

Thanks!

I dont see the Settings drop-down menu not working in any section. It does use javascript, so you may want to update your Java VM from www.java.com and see if that fixes it.

I may be retarded,
But I don't see the option at the bottom of the pages for searching for threads older than the default of 2 days.....
