Broken pic links

As the mx6 gets older and people are leaving the site, their useful pictures are leaving the site with them. I just finished looking over the "2G FAQ/ Common Problems and solutions" sticky, and page 2 is full of red x's. Doesn't mx6.com have any space on their server to at least host the pictures in the sticky's? I think it would be a good idea.

That's definitely an improvement, but the optimum solution would be to have it on the mx6.com server...it removes the dependency on a single person this way, and if you get pissed off and decide to leave for some reason, all the pics don't go with you. I think it's worth investigating, and mods shouldn't have a problem forwarding this idea through the proper channels...if you wish to do so that is.

We have been talking about it. The plus to putting it in my storage is it wouldnt cost mx6.com more money for storage and bandwidth.

Also I would never just delete the content even if I got mad.

Goat was talking about re-vamping the FAQ section. He said something about having the old pictures in a PDF file or something. They may not ALL be lost forever.

In all the stickies I've made so far, I copied all pictures to my photobucket so that they will still work as long as my photobucket does.
