Thread buttons not working??

I'm having trouble posting pics, which caused my gallery thread to b closed way too soon, but i digress,

I press the little world with the chains and the little box doesnt come up anymore like it used to, same for the image button. All that happens is the cursor positions itself at the top left, like it expects me to type something.

Its never done this before and i also noticed my HTML code is off, but shouldnt matter cuz my IMG codes is on, correct.

Now it very well could b the computer, its been running like [shizzle] the past week, stupid Compaq's.

Any ideas.

I dont use the buttons, I just type the tags in.

Put the location of the picture in between the following boxes and delete the spaces and periods

nevemind it works now, must have been the computer
