turbo upgrade???

I am looking to figure out the best bang for your buck or just best upgrade you can do to a 90 mx6 gt? Needing to know what if any fuel mods are needed? obviously a chip and if chip is needed to be modifyied over the aftermarket chip needed. And any other insights that you can think of like AFC or fuel pressure regulator aftermarket needed? I appreciate any help givin thanks for your time-Tim
