My mx6 is not much to look at yet.....but i love her, interior is clean as hell and the body is good too except for paint and a few dings here and there. I'm planning on some type of modification... yet have been set back .... need a new tranny on it as well as engine mounts

Question!!!?????

Hey jw if anyone knows how to stop my 91 mx6 turbo from cutting out when the maf flap opens all the way? Can you put a bumb stop behind the flap and keep it from opening all the way!!! Anyone please... I can only run about 13 lbs of boost!!! PLease if anyone knows reply to me thanks!!!

youre in the wrong forum for that, BUT a quick answer is to chip the ECU to run more boost, but you're probably gonna have to upgrade the injectors to. sorry, but 1st gen isn't my specialty. try in the 1st gen FI section

chop the ecu and the injectors u can leave alone they i think can handle up to 15 or 16 lbs. of boost w/o worrying about one failing for over working....
