I can be there too, I won't have a dizzy with me either John so don't panic I'd rather save a bit of petrol tho until there's a bigger group of us. What does everyone else think?

I'm a definate no go, got a bulge in my front tyre the size of a tennis ball and dont want to drive it. Would prefer a weekend in May but thats getting close to Japfest. Busy on 24th sunday so thats out and its bank hol weekend after that.

Could do a midlands meet somewhere Jase. Heckler and a few others have expressed and interest.

The meet has been postponed again.. We were hoping to get one arranged before Japfest.. and was going to leave it open to suggestions as to when most people could attend..

Well, I say we split the difference and meet somewhere around the Midlands... would get a little more interest. I have a 4 day bank holiday weekend, booked Friday off as well.

I reckon Nottingham might be a good place. Robin Hood country etc Kinda in the middle. Easy access from M1 and I can drive up via M42. We'd just need to find a place for drinks etc.

Well don't go anywhere near the A609 (I think) as they've got these new speed cameras installed that measure you between two points and average the speed, go over and instant ticket... Apparantly it's responsible for more tickets than the rest of the county combined and is the most profitable tax site in the country.

How about Castle Donnington? It's exactly halfway for me, and there's a race track down there, bound to be some nice pubs in the area.

yeah John, and I've heard those sherriff's are into kinky stuff when they catch you coz they want to "cuff ya n stuff ya"

What about a meet up at East Midlands Airport? Got all the facitlies you want there but the car park is a bit pricey. Or we could goto Donnington Park but it depends if there's something on or not. Both are less than 5 mins from J24, easy access for all.
