My car isn't back on the road yet so I don't know if I am going to be able to make this one.

I am thinking of adding Mark 626GT to my ignore list

Stu is bringing a coil, so I'll take it off him as I'm nearer to you... should the need arise.

Well i've just got back from an afternoon out with the lads and a bloody good laugh it was too!

John looked like xmas had come early when I handed him his folding mirrors and promptly went into "will they fit???" panic mode. Screwdrivers out, old mirror off, twiddle twiddle, "yeah they'll fit", relief! Funny thing is, cheeky sod Russ tried to get dibs on them if they did'nt fit! Dream on pal!

After the clan had assembled in the freezing cold, exchanged gifts and had a natter it was time to warm up with an Einstein funded coffee. Much laughter and general mickey taking ensued until we got the hint it was time to leave (everything was shut and the cleaners were in!)

Some of the chat revolved around CAI kits and did it make any difference and as mine was the only one with it fitted there was only one was to find out. I took Russ's for a spin and was impressed how tight she felt, excellent pick-up and the 6 pots singing at 5k as they should. This was the 1st "other" 6 i'd driven and the only difference I noticed was that at 6500rpm in 3rd Russ's hits 80mph where as mines at 90+.

Russ then took the Stuzzermobile for a spin and seemed to come back with a grin on his face but i'll let him explain the differences. Took Jason out for a blat as he was'nt keen on driving a manual and lets just say I think Ebay's gonna get an order or 2 for the CAI.

Top afternoon all round, shame it was bloody freezing. HID's, CAI, sill plates and neons, what more could you want on a Sunday afternoon!

Next one will be end of March/early April. See you all again!

Pics are at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stuzzer/Yorks%20meet for those who want a nosey!

Blimey Russ - you cleaned it!

Look like a fun day out guys - apart from the lack of sunglasses.
