Good to hear was ok on the way home Tim ...

Good to see you all again, hope you all had a great day. Dont know about anyone else but my face is burning ! Was it really that sunny...

Well the journey took just over 3 hours home, lost a front bake pad half way, the squealing and squeaking of binding metal was awfull in the stop start traffic.. i'm not looking forward to seeing what the disc looks like in the morning .. only 12 months old too.

Hi Guys,

As usual wonderful meeting you all again.

Simon and I sadly missed you leaving the circuit as we were sipping tea etc in the circuit cafe...:-(((

Our impression was that there were fewer exibitors this year, no doubt due to the economy at present.

I managed some sleep during the day due to my early arrival at 4.15am.........!!!!

I also slept before I left the circuit.

On the way back down the M40, a young man in a hot Saxo tried to keep ahead of me but I overhauled him in the awesome MX 6....

In order to keep ahead of me, he took to the hard shoulder.

So I backed off in case he killed somebody including himself.

I have lots of fotos including the Member of the Year presentation.

Can I ( again ) ask one of you to host them for me.

When I get my new PC at the end of this month, I will be able to upload future fotos to here myself !!!

Long live MX 6.com

Paula

PS. Simon, did you get to Cambridge and back OK in order to collect Denise?

Really sorry, have wanted to post up since Sunday night, but work is manic. 0900 to 2300 yersterday, 0900 to 0200 day before!

I'm not getting any email notification of posts, (Mods, pls help!) so I need to come on and read through all the forums when I can.

Want to thank everyone there for being so generous with their time and advice. It was really humbling.

I'll be back in more regular circulation soon!

With regards to the email notification problem, the first thing that the mods will most likely ask you is are they being stopped by any spam filtering software, or junk-mail filters in outlook, or anything like that?

This might be of some help
http://www.mx6.com/forums/site-quest...ication-2.html (Sometimes doesnt get email notification)

It suggest that you add webmaster@mx6.com to your address book so that all emails go through. It also mentions mx6.com being blacklisted at some point, that may be whats stopping you from recieving emails. I'd still double check your spam filtering settings regardless of whether or not anything has changed.
