Hi all

Is anyone else going down the day before and staying at a hotel? Someone said there was a hotel meeting place on previous ones. Any details?

Hi Elmer, we are staying at the Premier Inn Bristol East on the Friday night. Couldn't get in anywhere closer, then we usually meet up at the Premier Inn at Chippernham.

We have an area set out for MX6.com and to get in you need a car pass (they are free though)

Hey all... the form will be sent on Wednesday. That's more than enough time for people to get payment to me. I don't intend to be out of pocket this year like I was last year!!!

Kyle (cruisemad) has asked for a ticket so I assume he's coming to this one. Let's see if we can find something for him to do this time

Ricky... If you want to come to this and be on our stand, I need to know asap so I can order the pass for you. They may be free, but I can't order a pass without a ticket.
You can turn up on the day but it'll cost you more and you will have to park in the general car parks instead of on the club stand.

Cheers
Russ

Just noticed this - Go to the Japfest link on the first page, then in the quick links on the right of the page click on the Japfest Movies link, then watch the Club Track Action video!!

Cheers for that, as I said, not 100% I can make it, but if I do I will pay on the gate, cars not upto stand material at the mo , so general car park for me, but will introduce myself and the missus if we get there.
