I just saw this thread, and saw the 30 quid per 15m slot and gasped. I guess it is that bad because of the event rather than the general cost of living here. What sort of figures are full track day hires? At home in nz you pick up a whole track for the day for 4 - 5knz = 1500 - 2000 pounds. Needless to say you get a lot of "15min slots" in a day :-)

I'll have to keep an eye on this section over the next year and maybe come for a spin with some of you one day. I live close to silverstone, so someone pm me if anything is going on there :-)

Fred.

Thanks, I had a small thrash in a carina E in the irish mountains the other week, but aside from that my normal diet of skids and high speed has been severely curbed since coming here :-) I was sideways once a day minimum at home, here my sideways extends to a single handbrake skid in a carpark in stratford one night... just sad lol. If any of you are less sane than you should be and actually drive, I'm up for coming along for the ride and filming it :-)

Does anyone know, if we have a car pass to get to the club section, if there is a time slot that you need to get there by?

I have an ariel with a motor that works, but the ariel is broken, so if its just the motor you need, we can come to a deal!

I have a spare car pass if you need one. Just PM me your address and I'll sort something out.
There's no specific time to get in there, but the earlier the better.
It's always very busy getting in. I think the usual for us is leave the 'meeting point' by 8 at the latest.

If I don't get my ZE sorted out in time, I probably won't be able to bring the Mazda! If anyone can help me with the wiring loom and Vacuum pipework please do. Have a gander at my latest posts on the subject.

Anytime nasher, but the earlier the better, the Q becomes very very long... We end up q'ing for approx 10-15 mins going in for 8am, so gives you an idea.
