Yes, but allow a bit for PayPal fees, any difference I will refund on the day.

There will be a full update for the weekend with as much info as poss, there will be some cut off dates as well so be ready!

I have now sorted through the form for Trax and this is what I've found.

Attending Trax
The form for Trax has to be in before the 1st of August.
I'll be sending the form in on the 1st of July so if you can have your payments with me before that date please.

There is only one form per club and once the form is in it can't be added to.
We only get car passes with tickets we buy as a club.

I will PM each member on the first post with payment details and my address.
If you could send me a SAE with a first class stamp I will send you your tickets to you as soon as they arrive.

Track Time
Track time is allocated on a first come basis. I can book track time before I send the stand form in. No one else has shown any interest in Track Time except those already listed so I'll get the application in as soon as your funds arrive with me.
If you haven't indicated you want Track Time will you please do so NOW
If you want Track Time but miss the boat with the club booking you will have to try and book it yourself.

Payments can be by Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal but please include the PayPal fees!!

There are some that haven't updated their needs for tickets etc. Could they post or PM me with what they require.

Trackies. Because no other people have shown interest if you can sort the payments out (one already has) we can at least get this booked and in the bag so there won't be any dissapointments.

A 'heads up' on this people.
The sooner we get all of this sorted the sooner we can get the application in so the one's who haven't got there fingers out if you could so and is piority attention it would be appreciated.
